3-D Matrix keeps aiming in the ENT and Plastic Surgery medical areas with PuraBond

The 3-D Matrix agenda keeps being filled with a selection of events, including those dedicated to the ENT (Ears, Nose and Throat) and the plastic surgery which represents one of the growing business areas for the company.

With the purpose of continuing to develop its path in the “ENT” and “plastic surgery”, the company participated for its first time with PuraBond in the UK at the “Association of Breast Surgery Conference” in Liverpool, an event entirely dedicated to breast surgery and at the “Face, Eyes and Nose Conference” in Coventry held last May, concluding with the Association Of Otolaryngologists in Training (AOT) Annual Conference last week.

These events marked a great success for 3-D Matrix and were a significant opportunity to build important relationships with new physicians and healthcare professionals, increasing the awareness of PuraBond and its knowledge about the uses and features in these medical specialities.

PuraBond is a self-assembling peptide and is indicated for haemostasis when haemostasis by ligation or standard means is insufficient or impractical: bleeding from small blood vessels and oozing from capillaries of the parenchyma and surrounding tissues of solid organs; oozing from vascular anastomoses to native or artificial vessels, on the surface of blood vessels and surrounding tissues1.

Also, coming in the form of a transparent gel in a prefilled syringe, with no preparation required, PuraBond, is suitable for rhinology, head and neck and cosmetic procedures including rhinoplasty as it could be easily applied to narrow and uneven spaces while maintaining visibility and providing precision to surgical procedures.

Thanks to its features, PuraBond represents a unique product of its kind in this market.
